PRIVACY POLICY
Effective date: June 15, 2026
1. Introduction
Iteration Labs LLC ("Iteration Labs," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our website at iteration-labs.com or use any of our mobile applications or software tools (collectively, the "Services").
2. Information We Collect
Website: Our website does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking technologies. We do not collect personal information from website visitors unless you voluntarily contact us via email.
Applications: Our mobile applications may collect information as described in each app's specific privacy disclosures within the App Store. Any data collection will be clearly disclosed before or at the time of collection.
3. How We Use Information
Any information we collect is used solely to provide and improve our Services, respond to inquiries, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
Our applications may integrate with third-party services (such as Apple services, analytics providers, or cloud infrastructure). These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. We only work with providers that maintain reasonable data protection standards.
5. YouTube API Services
Certain Iteration Labs tools use YouTube API Services to upload and schedule video content on YouTube channels that we own and operate. By using these features you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and your information is handled in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.
Data we access: Authorization is granted through Google's OAuth 2.0 consent flow. We access only the scopes required to (i) verify the connected channel's identity and (ii) upload, schedule, and set thumbnails on videos for that channel. We do not access, collect, aggregate, or display any other user's YouTube data.
Storage and deletion: The only credential we retain is the OAuth token returned by Google, which is stored locally and used solely to publish to the authorized channel. We do not sell or share this data with third parties. You may delete stored authorization data at any time by removing it from the local environment, and you can revoke our access entirely via the Google security settings page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we handle. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
