1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the NutriGo application ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Iteration Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

NutriGo provides personalized healthy meal recommendations at restaurants using nutrition data, user preferences, and AI-powered analysis. The Service helps users make informed dining choices based on their health goals and dietary needs.

Important: NutriGo is NOT a medical service and does NOT provide medical advice. The recommendations provided are for informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical or dietary guidance.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using NutriGo, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Account Registration

NutriGo uses Apple Sign In for account creation and authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscription & Billing

  • A paid subscription is required to access NutriGo after the free trial period.
  • Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store via StoreKit.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service by automated means
  • Abuse, spam, or misuse the AI chat assistant or any other feature
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

7. Nutrition Disclaimer

Nutrition data is sourced from publicly available restaurant nutrition guides and databases. Actual nutrition content may vary by location, preparation method, and portion size. NutriGo is not a substitute for professional dietary advice. Always consult a physician or registered dietitian before making significant changes to your diet or health routine.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, algorithms, designs, and other intellectual property associated with NutriGo are owned by Iteration Labs LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iteration Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including decisions made based on meal recommendations.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
